Yesterday, we got the high-quality CAD renders of the Google Pixel 5 & also got to know the key specs of it via Android Central. Well today, a user on Reddit shared an image showing both the Google Pixel 4a 5G & the Pixel 5 placed side-by-side. Not only this, but the user also shared the full specifications of both the devices.
We couldn’t find the original post on Reddit, so it looks like the post has been taken down now. But thanks to TechDroider on Twitter, we have the screenshots showing all the details.

The very first thing that you’re going to notice is that the Pixel 4a 5G is bigger in size compared to the Pixel 5 due to a bigger display. But, both the phones look exactly the same from the rear. Both have dual cameras placed in a square-shaped camera module & a rear-facing fingerprint scanner.
Talking about the specifications, the Google Pixel 4a 5G has a 60Hz OLED panel with the size around 6.1-inch & the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G 5G SOC. There is 6GB RAM, a 3,800mAh battery, 8 Megapixel front-facing camera & a dual-camera setup on the back. This dual-camera setup includes a primary 12.2 Megapixel camera paired with an ultrawide camera. The back is made of plastic & there is 3.5mm headphone jack.
Google Pixel 5 has the same chipset & also the same camera setup. It lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack but gets a bigger 4,000mAh battery. Also, the display comes with 90Hz refresh rate & there is 8GB RAM. The display size is around 5.7-5.8-inches.
Both phones have a plastic back & Google Pixel 5 also supports Wireless Charging. It also comes with IP68 certification. Now, both of these are lacking on the Google Pixel 4a 5G.
Well, the Pixel 4a 5G is coming at a price tag of $499, so we wonder how much the Pixel 5 is going to cost for a bigger battery, high-refresh-rate display, Wireless Charging & IP68 certification.
