
In July, the Oppo K13 Turbo series was launched in China, featuring two smartphones – K13 Turbo & K13 Turbo Pro. Today, the two smartphones were launched in the Indian market. These are gaming-centric smartphones from the company, with the main focus on performance. One of the highlights of these two smartphones is the built-in cooling fan, making them the only smartphones in this price segment with a built-in cooling fan.
OPPO K13 TURBO

Speaking of the design, the Oppo K13 Turbo features a dual camera setup on the rear. The cooling fan is placed in the camera module and has an LED light around it. The phone comes in three colors, and all three have a gaming look on the back. There is a flat plastic frame and a flat display. The phone is IP68 & IP69-certified and features a stereo speaker setup.
Under the hood, the Oppo K13 Turbo has the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, which scores over 1.6 Million points on the AnTuTu benchmark. It is built on TSMC’s 4nm process. For better thermals, there is a large 7000mm² vapor chamber cooling system. The cooling fan has 0.1mm blades that can rotate at up to 18,000 RPM. The phone packs a massive 7,000mAh battery with 80W fast wired charging support. There is also a Bypass Charging feature that sends power directly to the internal components instead of the battery.
As for the display, the phone has a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 10-bit color depth, up to a 120Hz refresh rate, and a global peak brightness of 1600 nits. There is an under-display fingerprint scanner.
The camera setup is pretty average for the price. There are two rear cameras. The primary camera has a 50MP sensor with no OIS, whereas the secondary camera has a 2MP sensor. There is a 16MP selfie camera. The rear camera can shoot 4K videos at up to 60fps while the selfie camera is limited to 1080p 30fps videos.
Finally, ColorOS 15 runs out of the box.

OPPO K13 TURBO PRO

The Oppo K13 Turbo Pro is almost the same smartphone, but there are a few notable differences. The biggest difference is in performance as the phone has the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset under the hood. This chipset scores over 2 Million points on the AnTuTu benchmark. There is There is LPDDR5X RAM with UFS 4.0 storage. There is OIS for the primary rear camera.
The rest of the specifications are the same. There is a 7,000mAh battery with 80W wired charging, a 6.8-inch 1.5K 120Hz 10-bit AMOLED panel, a 50MP + 2MP dual camera setup on the rea, a 16MP selfie camera, stereo speakers, IP68 + IP69 rating, and ColorOS 15.
