Nokia 9 case render shows 18:9 Display with curved edges & Dual Cameras

It was back in October when Steve Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks revealed the design of upcoming Nokia 9 via the 360-degree renders. We got to know a lot from the renders like the absence of the headphone jack, a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, dual rear cameras and 18:9 dual curved display. Today, the phone has leaked once again, this time via the case render that has confirmed the previous renders made by OnLeaks.

As seen in the above case render, the phone sports an 18:9 Display with very thin side bezels and curved edges, just like we have seen on the latest Galaxy ‘S’ and ‘Note’ devices by Samsung. The fingerprint scanner has been moved to the rear, placed below the dual camera setup.

The USB Type-C Port is present on the bottom, and as per the previous renders, there is speaker grill and primary mic on the bottom along with the Type-C port. And yes, the Nokia 9 won’t come with a 3.5mm headphone jack. The volume rockers and power button are present on the right.

Well, there is no information yet about the official launch date of the device so stay tuned for more news on it.

  1. Didn’t like the design, pretty much copy of Samsung s8 or S8+. Also I am thinking about the price of the device that they are going to keep for this. I have high doubts whether it will be able to compete with big players when S9 will launch…
Also when iPhone X1 most probably will launch..
They have to find out some unique feature which has to be there in the device which can attract customers. Else it is too late to launch a 18:9 aspect ratio device next year…
