Redmi Note 7 gets Bluetooth Certified, launching tomorrow in China

On January 10, i.e., tomorrow, Redmi will launch its new smartphone(s), and till now, it wasn’t confirmed if the Redmi Note 7’s launch was also going to take place at the same event. Now, we can confirm that it is happening tomorrow as revealed by a credible source. Along with this, the phone received the Bluetooth certification that revealed the model number and also confirmed that the phone spotted on TENAA was indeed the Note 7 with a 48MP camera.

Two variants with model numbers M1901F7G and M1901F7H were certified by Bluetooth SIG, and in case you wonder, the phone with model number M1901F9 is the Redmi 7 (as per sources) that is the successor to the budget-centric Redmi 6 of last year. Anyways, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 runs on MIUI 10 out of the box and supports Bluetooth 5.0.

The certification didn’t reveal the rest of the specifications, but we already know a lot about the phone, thanks to the official images and the TENAA listing. So, there is a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ display with a waterdrop notch, 2.5D Glass on the front as well as the back, Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor (According to Geekbench), a 3,900mAh battery, a primary 48MP sensor on the rear (most probably the Samsung GM1 sensor), a secondary depth sensor, etc.

Well, all will be revealed at the launch event tomorrow in China. As always, Xiaomi will bring the Redmi Note 7 to other markets soon after it launches in China.
