In November last year, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 with a 108 Megapixel camera launched globally at a price of €549 alongside the €649 Mi Note 10 Pro. Today, alongside the Redmi Note 9 series, Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite launched as well which is a mid-range device that comes at a starting price of €349. Design-wise, it is not much different from the Mi Note 10 but the main difference in the specs.
XIAOMI MI NOTE 10 LITE – DESIGN & SPECIFICATIONS
Just like the Mi Note 10 Pro, the Note 10 Lite comes with a curved display on the front with a U-shaped notch. But on the rear, there are Quad cameras instead of a Penta-camera setup. Also, these cameras are placed in a rectangular camera housing. The USB Type-C port is present on the bottom alongside the 3.5mm headphone jack, and the IR Blaster is on the top. The phone also comes with NFC.
There is a premium design that includes Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front as well as the rear.
On the front, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite has a 6.47-inch 3D Curved AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution and an in-screen fingerprint reader. The display supports HDR10 as well.
Under the hood, there is Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SOC paired with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. Well, in case you didn’t get it, the display and the SOC are the same as the Mi Note 10. The biggest difference is in the cameras.
First of all, there are four cameras instead of five. Second, the primary camera is a 64 Megapixel Sony IMX686 sensor instead of Samsung’s 108 Megapixel sensor. The primary camera can shoot 4K videos and supports 960fps slow-motion recording. The secondary camera is an 8 Megapixel ultrawide unit with 119-degree FOV, and there is a 2 Megapixel macro camera plus a 5 Megapixel depth sensor.
So while the Mi Note 10 had a crazy camera setup that included a 108MP camera and two telephoto cameras, that’s not the case with the Mi Note 10 Lite. On the front, there is a 32 Megapixel camera for selfies.
Finally, there is a 5,260mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. The 30W adapter comes in the box. Xiaomi claims that the 30W Adapter is able to charge the battery from 0 to 100% in 64 minutes. The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite comes in three colors named Nebula Purple, Glacier White, and Midnight Black. Here is the Recommended Retail Price –
- 6GB + 64GB – €349
- 6GB + 128GB – €399
The phone will be available starting mid-May.
