It is not a secret anymore that Xiaomi Mi 11 will launch soon as one of the first smartphones powered by the Snapdragon 888 SOC. In fact, Xiaomi itself announced the same at the Qualcomm’s Annual Tech Summit where the Snapdragon 888 was unveiled. We have seen some leaks in the past month that suggest a square-shaped camera module on the back of the phone which houses the triple camera setup & now, some real-life images of the phone were shared by a Russian website named Mobiltelefon that confirm those leaks.
These images show the Xiaomi Mi 11 in the light blue color & we can see that there is a camera module in the rounded square shape. Interestingly, when the smartphone companies are going for four or five cameras on their flagships, the Mi 11 has a triple camera setup. Even the Xiaomi Mi 10 had a quad camera setup. Anyways, there is most likely a “Pro” version this time as well & that could have more cameras, especially a Periscope camera that the Mi 11 lacks. Looking at the camera setup shown in the images, the Xiaomi Mi 11 has two large camera lenses & one tiny camera sensor above the LED flash which could be for taking macro shots.
Speaking of the leaked & rumoured specs so far, the Xiaomi Mi 11 has a 4,780mAh battery & supports 55W Fast Charging. There is no information regarding the refresh rate of the display on the Mi 11, but the Mi 11 Pro is rumoured to have a Quad-HD+ curved screen with 120Hz refresh rate.
One of the leaks also includes the images of the cases for the Xiaomi Mi 11 & Mi 11 Pro. The design of the Mi 11 shown in these images is the same as revealed in the real-life images that showed up today. So we can assume that the Mi 11 Pro looks like what is shown in the images. They show a Quad camera setup that includes a periscope style telephoto lens as well.
It is expected that Xiaomi will launch the Mi 11 series by the end of this month, but there is no confirmation on the launch date from the company yet.
