Vivo V30 Pro specifications and renders surface online

That camera setup is impressive on paper!

Last year, the Vivo V29 Pro was launched with a Dimensity 8200 chipset, a 2X telephoto camera, and a 1.5K BOE Q9 AMOLED display. The brand is soon going to launch the successor, the Vivo V30 Pro. It is worth mentioning that the Vivo V30 was announced by the brand recently in the global market, and that phone has a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SOC, two 50MP sensors on the rear, a 50MP selfie camera, and more.

Anyways, we now have the official renders and the specifications of the Vivo V30 Pro, courtesy of 91Mobiles.

Vivo V30 Pro

Design-wise, the phone looks identical to the Vivo V30. There is a curved display with a hole punch cutout on the front and a square-shaped triple camera setup on the rear. One of the things to note is the “ZEISS” logo on the camera module. This is new for the “V” series. There is a ring light on the back, just like the non-Pro model.

Specifications-wise, the Vivo V30 Pro has the same chip as the Vivo V29 Pro, the MediaTek Dimensity 8200. The phone has a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. There is a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution (2800×1260 pixels) and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The peak brightness is 2800 nits.

There are three cameras on the rear – a 50MP primary, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP telephoto. The selfie shooter has a 50MP sensor too. So, on paper, this sounds like a pretty impressive camera setup for a mid-range smartphone. The phone is IP54 certified and runs on Android 14 with FuntouchOS 14 on top. The weight and thickness are 188g and 7.5mm, respectively.

The launch date is not yet announced, but the phone is expected to launch in India next month, alongside the Vivo V30.
