Recently, the key specifications of the Vivo T4 Ultra were leaked online, which suggested upgrades in performance, battery, and cameras. Now, the brand has officially announced the launch date for the Indian market. This is the successor to the Vivo T3 Ultra, which was a popular performance-centric mid-range phone launched last year in India.
Alongside the launch date, we now have the official confirmation on a few specifications of the phone.
The Vivo T4 Ultra is launching in India on June 11th. This means almost a week is left for the launch.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, compared to the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ inside the Vivo T3 Ultra. The chipset scores over 2 Million points on the AnTuTu benchmark, which shows how powerful it is.
The brand has also confirmed the camera specifications. The Vivo T4 Ultra has three rear cameras. The primary camera has a 1/1.56″ 50MP Sony IMX921 sensor with CIPA 4.5 image stabilization. The ultrawide camera has an 8MP sensor. There is a third telephoto camera with a periscope lens, OIS, and 3x optical zoom. The phone also features the segment’s first 10x telephoto macro zoom. Vivo has officially confirmed that the T4 Ultra will launch under 40,000 rupees in India.
Design-wise, the Vivo T4 Ultra looks identical to the recently launched Vivo V50 series phones. The official images reveal a rounded frame, which means there is most likely a curved display on the front.
