Vivo T3 Ultra is the latest mid-range offering from the company for the Indian market, and at a starting price of ₹31,999, the phone packs an impressive spec sheet, which makes it one of the best phones available in this price segment. The “T3” series from Vivo now includes five smartphones – Vivo T3 5G, T3x 5G, T3 Lite 5G, T3 Pro 5G, and T3 Ultra 5G.
Design-wise, the Vivo T3 Ultra looks different from other phones in the T3 series. The design is quite similar to the Vivo V40 series. There is a dual camera setup on the rear with a ring LED flash and a curved display on the front with a hole punch cutout for the selfie shooter. The phone is quite slim at 7.58mm and weighs 192g. The back is made of glass, and the phone is IP68-certified.
One of the highlights of this device is its performance. The Vivo T3 Ultra is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SOC, which was the most powerful chipset from MediaTek last year. On the AnTuTu benchmark, Vivo claims a score of over 1.6 million points. Apart from the performance, the phone has a massive 5,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. It is quite fascinating to see such a massive battery in a phone that’s just 7.58mm thick.
For better thermals, the phone has a vapor chamber that reduces the core temperature by up to 14 degrees.
Speaking of the cameras, the Vivo T3 Ultra has a dual camera setup on the rear. The primary camera uses a 1/1.56″ 50MP Sony IMX921 sensor with OIS and an f/1.88 lens. The ultrawide camera uses an 8MP sensor. For selfies, there is a 50MP sensor with autofocus. The phone can shoot 4K videos from the front camera.
The display is a 6.78-inch 10-bit AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1.5K resolution (2800 × 1260 pixels). The peak brightness goes up to 4,500 nits, and there is 2160 Hz PWM dimming.
Finally, the phone runs on Android 14-based FuntouchOS 14. The downsides include a USB 2.0 port and no support for WiFi 6.
