Vivo S10 & Vivo S10 Pro – Here’s all we know so far

These phones are set to go official on the 15th of July

Vivo is preparing for the launch of the S10 series in China & the launch is scheduled to take place on the 15th of July. So, we have just a few days left for the official launch & Vivo has already shared many details related to two phones under this series, the S10 & S10 Pro. Vivo S10 & Vivo S10 Pro are already listed on Suning.com, which is one of the biggest non-government retailers in China. This listing reveals the specifications as well as the designs of both these phones.

Design-wise, there is no difference at all between the two phones. Both the phones come with flat sides, a notch with dual selfie cameras on the front, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and a camera module with three lenses in it. Looking closely, you’ll see that while the S10 has a “64MP” text on the camera module, it is “108MP” in the case of the S10 Pro. And well, that’s the only visual difference between the two. And this is not the first time we are looking at this design, as Vivo has revealed it already via some promo images. Both these phones seem to feature a premium design, including a Frosted glass back & a flat metal frame.

Speaking of the leaked specifications, again, there are similarities. It is said that both the phones feature a Dimensity 1100 chipset, a 6.44-inch 90Hz AMOLED, a 44 Megapixel primary camera on the front, a 4,000mAh battery & a 44W fast charging support. The only major difference between the two in terms of the specs is when we talk about the primary rear camera. It is a 64 Megapixel sensor in the case of Vivo S10, whereas the Vivo S10 Pro gets a 108 Megapixel sensor. It is also said that there is OIS for the primary camera.

As far as the pricing is concerned, that’s not yet known but the expected starting price of 2,499 & 2,999 Yuan respectively for both the phones.
