Video Shows a Bunch of Galaxy S8 Prototypes with Dual-Camera Setup

Before we got our first look at the official press render of Galaxy S8, there were a lot of rumors about the dual camera setup on the device. Maybe the rumor didn’t turn out to be true, but surely, we now know that Samsung was almost prepared to launch the S8 ( or Maybe S8 Plus) with Dual Camera setup.  We have already seen a hands-on shot of the prototype showing the dual cameras on the back and today, we have got a video that shows a bunch of prototypes of Galaxy S8 with the dual rear camera setup.

Well, as the video shows, Samsung had previously planned to launch the phones with dual camera setup on the rear, but due to unknown reasons, the company ditched the idea. Well, since the prototypes with the dual camera had no rear-facing fingerprint scanner, the chances are that it was on the front, but since Samsung wanted to make the display as much bezel free as possible, the idea was ditched. Maybe we will see the dual camera setup on the Note 8 that is coming in Q4 this year. Stay Tuned.
