Ice Universe shared on Twitter that this phone is launching as the Infinix Zero X and it does feature an incredible 160W fast wired charging. On top of that, there is also support for 50W Wireless Charging.

Last month, Xiaomi showcased its HyperCharge technology which included 200W wired & 120W wireless charging. Xiaomi tested this tech on a custom Mi 11 Pro smartphone, and the company was able to charge the 4,000mAh battery fully via 200W wired charging in just 8 minutes, which is a new fast-charging record. But while we are yet to see a Xiaomi device launching for the consumers with this charging technology, Infinix is all set to unveil a phone featuring an incredible 160W fast charging support.

XDA-Developers previously shared the images of the 160W adapter from Infinix, and now, they have shared the official render of an upcoming Infinix phone that is most likely the one that supports 160W fast charging.

The render reveals a phone with a premium design that includes a waterfall display with a single hole punch on the top left & what looks like a glass back. The back panel has a huge “NOW” written on it, in front of which the Infinix logo looks tiny. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack on this phone, so the only port on the device is a Type-C port which is on the bottom. On the back, there is a rectangular camera housing that has a triple camera setup in it, and one of the cameras includes a periscope-style zoom lens. Since all these are features seen on high-end phones, it seems like this upcoming Infinix phone is going to be a high-end flagship.

Well, Infinix has launched a lot of budget and mid-range phones so far, but we are yet to see a full-fledged flagship from the brand. So this upcoming phone is going to be pretty interesting, assuming that one of its highlights includes 160W fast charging.
