Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra renders & key specifications leaked

The Samsung Galaxy S26 series is reportedly launching on February 25, and while we have seen a ton of leaks already, the official renders of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra were leaked today.

These renders were shared by AndroidHeadlines alongside the key specifications of the phone.

Design-wise, the only noticeable design change this year is on the rear, where the camera module now has a camera island for the three lenses. For comparison, there was no camera island on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. This camera module design is similar to last year’s Galaxy Z Fold 7. The dimensions of the phone are 163.6 x 78.1 x 7.9mm, meaning the phone is 0.3mm slimmer, slightly taller, and slightly wider than last year. The weight is 214g, down from 218g last year.

While the Chinese phone makers are going all out with silicon-carbon batteries, Samsung is not going to make that change yet. The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra still has the same 5,000mAh battery as the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

As for the other specifications, there is a 6.9-inch Quad-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. There are four cameras on the rear – a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera. There is a 12MP sensor for selfies. As per some sources, the primary camera has the Samsung HP2 sensor, the same sensor used in the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s primary camera. But this year, the primary camera is said to have a wider aperture lens at f/1.4 (versus f/1.7). The 50MP periscope telephoto camera has an f/2.9 aperture lens, compared to an f/3.4 aperture lens last year. The ultrawide camera is said to be the Samsung JN3, the 10MP 3x telephoto is the S5K3LD, and the 50MP periscope telephoto is reportedly the Sony IMX84.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is launching with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy and comes with Android 16 out of the box.
