A couple of days back, Samsung started teasing the launch of Galaxy M31 in the Indian market. It is the successor to last year’s Galaxy M30s & just like the M30s, the main USP is going to be the battery. Now, a couple of new teasers have revealed more details about the camera & the battery.
So, these new teasers confirm that the Samsung Galaxy M31 has a 6,000mAh battery like the Galaxy M30s of last year. The upgrade comes in the form of a primary camera on the back that is a 64 Megapixel Samsung GW1 sensor. For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy M30s featured a 48MP Samsung GM1 sensor.
We already know that the Galaxy M31 features a Quad camera layout on the rear & has the Exynos 9611 SOC. This is the same chipset that powers the Galaxy M30s. There are reports of the phone having a punch-hole design & if those are correct, then the major upgrades over the Galaxy M30s are going to be in the camera & the design department.
There is no information regarding the launch date in India yet.
