A few days back, we got to know that Samsung Galaxy A Series 2020 phones are launching on December 12th. At the launch, we can expect at least the Samsung Galaxy A51, the CAD renders of which have revealed the design already. Today, the press renders of the Galaxy A51 were shared by SAMMobile along with the main specifications.
There isn’t any change in the design compared to what we saw in the CAD renders. The phone has a hole-punch display on the front with the cutout for the single selfie camera placed in the middle on top. There is an L-shaped camera layout on the rear having Quad cameras & the LED flash.
The phone has a 3D Glasstic build, which means there is glossy plastic instead of glass & metal. The phone weighs around 172 grams & is 7.9mm thick.
As the above image reveals, the Samsung Galaxy A51 is coming in at least four colors that include Prism Crush White, Black, Pink, and Blue. There is a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution on the front. The SOC powering it is the Exynos 9611 & there is 4/6GB RAM alongside 64/128GB storage. This is the same SOC that we have on the Galaxy M30s, which has almost the same design on the rear.
There are Quad cameras on the back that include a primary 48 Megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture, a 12 Megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 5 Megapixel macro lens & a 5 Megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there is a single 32 Megapixel selfie camera. The Samsung Galaxy A51 has a 4,000mAh battery with 15W Fast Charging.
SAMMobile says that the Samsung Galaxy A51 is confirmed to launch on December 12, but other phones like the Galaxy A71 & Galaxy A91 aren’t launching until next year.
