Samsung has quietly unveiled its entry-level Galaxy A01 smartphone as the device is listed on the official SamsungMobilePress website. Since it is an entry-level device, there isn’t anything fancy, but the star of the show is the RAM & storage option. This phone is listed on the website with 6/8GB RAM & 128GB ROM, which is unheard of for an entry-level device. The rest of the specifications are, well, meh!
SAMSUNG GALAXY A01 – DESIGN & SPECIFICATIONS
Considering that it is an entry-level phone, there isn’t anything special about the design. The phone has an Infinity-V display on the front, which means there is a Waterdrop notch. There is a 5.7-inch HD+ Infinity-V display on the front & the device is powered by an octa-core SOC whose name is not mentioned on the site, but it could be the Snapdragon 439 since that SOC has four cores clocked at 1.95GHz & rest of the four at 1.45GHz, just as mentioned on Samsung’s website. There is 6/8GB RAM & 128GB storage that is expandable up to 512GB.
