Xiaomi launched a pretty impressive device last year named the ‘Mi Mix’ that started a new trend among the smartphone manufacturers to launch almost bezel-less devices. It is being heard for a long time that Xiaomi is going to launch a device with an almost bezel-less display for less than CNY 1000 i.e., less than $145. Well, it seems like if the Xiaomi Redmi Pro 2 is the device that will feature this display for such an awesome price. Today, we got some specifications of the device from Weibo that suggest that the phone will be the second device from Xiaomi featuring a display with very fewer bezels.
So, the phone features a 5.46-inch display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 or 2:1, i.e., the same as that of the LG G6’s display. The resolution is going to be 2160×1080. Now, the phone has a full metal body, but along with that, it also features Glass, just like on the Mi6. Coming to the processor, the phone features the latest Snapdragon 660 processor that is right now that best and fastest Mid-range chipset. Along with this, the phone is coming with 4GB of RAM. Now, the launch is set next month, and the Moto X4 is also coming with almost the same specifications like the 3D Glass build, Snapdragon 660, etc. So, the next month is surely going to be an interesting one.
