As we know, the Redmi Note 11 series is set to launch in China in a couple of days, and it includes three phones under it – Note 11, Note 11 Pro & Note 11 Pro Plus. As we got to know in a previous leak, the Note 11 Pro packs a Dimensity 920 5G SOC, but until today, there was no official confirmation on the same. Well, Redmi has now officially announced that the Redmi Note 11 Pro has the Dimensity 920 SOC from MediaTek.
On its Weibo page, Redmi also said that this SOC scores above 500,000 on the AnTuTu benchmark, which shows that it is quite a powerful mid-range SOC from MediaTek. MediaTek launched this chipset back in August this year, and it is built on the 6nm manufacturing process. The CPU gets performance-focused Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.5GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz. The SOC also supports up to a 120Hz FHD+ display. The GPU is Arm Mali-G68 MC4. Redmi also said that the phone has Vapor Chamber liquid cooling as well.
We also got to see the new Blue color of Redmi Note 11 Pro/ Pro Plus, and the company also officially announced that there is a 108 Megapixel sensor on the back. This sensor takes 12MP photos and combines nine pixels into one, resulting in a pixel size of 2.1-micron.
Well, not much is left to know now except for the prices of these three phones. The launch is happening in China on the 28th of this month, so we only have a day left. Stay Tuned!
