Recently, we got the official first look at the Redmi K80 & Redmi K80 Pro. The phones are set to launch in the Chinese market on November 27, and the company has been sharing more and more details of the devices on Weibo every day. The brand has now shared the camera details of the Redmi K80 Pro, and on paper, the camera setup is quite impressive.
The Redmi K80 Pro has three rear cameras. The primary camera uses a 1/1.55″ 50MP Light Fusion 800 sensor with OIS support. The ultrawide camera has a 32MP sensor with a 120-degree FOV lens. Finally, the phone has a 1/2.76″ 50MP Samsung JN5 sensor and offers 2.5x optical zoom. This floating telephoto camera has OIS support and can go as close as 10cm to the subject. This is the same sensor that the Xiaomi 15 uses for its telephoto camera.
The phone also features the Xiaomi AISP 2.0 for improved image processing, which we saw in the Xiaomi 15 series.
As we know already, the K80 Pro has a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and there is a massive 6,000mAh battery.
