
RedMagic has launched its latest gaming flagship in the global market, the RedMagic 10S Pro. It was launched last month in China, and it is the successor to the RedMagic 9S Pro. Like previous RedMagic phones launched globally, this one comes with high-end specifications and an aggressive price tag.
Design-wise, the RedMagic 10S Pro has a boxy design. There is a flat metal frame and a flat display on the front with no cutout for the selfie camera. The triple cameras on the rear sit flush with the back, as there is no camera bump. The phone has a stereo speaker setup and does not skip the 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone has shoulder triggers on the side with 520Hz response rate for a better gaming experience. There is a cooling fan with speeds of up to 23,000 RPM, and it has an RGB light that is customizable.
The performance is the main USP of the RedMagic 10S Pro. It has the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and this is the leading version with a 4.47GHz CPU. The phone has LPDDR5T RAM with UFS 4.1 storage. For a better gaming experience, there is the RedCore R3 gaming chip. For better thermals, the phone uses Liquid Metal 2.0, which the company claims can drop CPU temperatures by up to 5°C. There is a large 12,000 mm² Vapor Chamber.
The battery under the hood is 7,050mAh, and the phone has 80W fast wired charging.
The display is a 6.85-inch 144Hz 1.5K BOE Q9+ OLED with 2000 nits peak brightness, 960Hz multi-finger touch-sampling rate, 2,500 Hz instant touch-sampling rate, and a 95.30% screen-to-body ratio. Speaking of cameras, the Red Magic 10S Pro has three cameras on the rear. The primary camera has a 1/1.55″ 50MP OmniVision OV50E sensor with OIS, and the ultrawide camera has a 1/2.88″ 50MP OmniVision OV50D sensor. There is a third 2MP sensor. The selfie camera has a 16MP sensor.
Finally, the RedMagic 10S Pro runs on RedMagic OS 10.5 based on Android 15.0.
