In the previous article, we talked about the newly launched Realme Watch. Along with that, Realme Smart TV was unveiled as well, and with this, Realme is stepping into the smart TV market to compete with the companies like Xiaomi, Motorola, Nokia, OnePlus etc. that have already launched products in this segment.
The Realme TV comes with a starting price of Rs 12,999, and the price goes up to Rs 21,999 depending on the screen size.
REALME TV – DESIGN & FEATURES
The Realme TV comes with a clean and minimalistic design that includes a bezel-less design on the front since the bezels are as thin as 8.7mm. You can either mount the TV on the wall or put in on a desk.
The TV comes in two sizes: 32-inch and 43-inch. Both the variants feature LED screens with Chrome Boost technology, but the smaller one has a resolution of 1366 × 768 pixels whereas the larger one has a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels.
There shouldn’t be any complaint regarding the connectivity as there are three HDMI ports, 2 USB Ports, 1 LAN port, 1 AV port, 1 ANT and 1 Digital Audio Out port. The Realme Smart TV supports WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0. Realme has done extensive quality tests on the TV that include Low-Temperature test, 760mm Drop Test, Key Life Test, and On/Off Machine test.
For excellent audio output, there are Quad speakers with a sound output of 24W. The 32-inch variant weighs 3.7 grams (3.6g without stand) whereas the 43-inch variant weighs 6.8 grams (6.7g without stand).
There is a MediaTek SOC with a Quad-Core CPU that includes Cortex-A53 cores. The GPU is Mali-470 MP3. One good thing about Realme Smart TV is that it comes with Android TV, which means you can access Google Play Store and download popular movies, games, shows, music and apps. Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video come pre-installed. There 1GB RAM and 8GB storage.
