Realme Pad – This is how Realme’s first tablet looks like

So it's time for more players in the Android tablet game!

At the Realme GT launch event in Europe, Realme teased some upcoming gadgets apart from smartphones, including a laptop & an Android tablet. The tablet is launching as the Realme Pad & it would be the company’s first product in the Android tablet market. If you don’t know yet, OnePlus has already trademarked the “OnePlus Pad,” so it seems like more players are set to join the Android tablet game. Anyways, we now have got the renders of Realme’s Android tablet, courtesy of 91Mobiles.

Realme Pad

Design-wise, the Realme Pad looks quite similar to the iPad because the placement of the buttons & ports is so similar. There is a power button on the top along with two speaker grills and a USB Type-C port on the bottom along with two more speaker grills. The volume rockers are on the right side (when you hold the tablet in portrait mode), along with the microphones & the SIM card tray.

Now, when you hold the tablet in portrait mode, the selfie camera is not on the top bezel but rather on the right bezel because since this is a tablet, you will mostly be using it in the landscape orientation.

If you look closely, you will see a port similar to a headphone jack port on the bottom left corner of the tablet (on the same frame where the Type-C port is located). Now, as per 91Mobiles, this is a slot to keep the stylus that Realme Pad would ship with. So, there is no headphone jack at all on this tablet. The display size on the front is roughly around 10.4-inch, which is a very popular display size among tablets.

We cal also see that on the back, there is a pink line that goes from the single-camera sensor all the way to the bottom and separates the back panel into a dual-tone design.

The specifications of the Realme Pad are not yet known, but it is said that there is a battery of around 7000mAH. Realme has not revealed when the tablet is launching, but since it was teased alongside the Realme Laptop, we are expecting it to launch alongside the Realme laptop.
