Last year, Realme launched its first Android tablet named the Realme Pad, which started at ₹13,999 and had a MediaTek Helio G80 chip, a large 10.4-inch 2K LCD, and a 7,100mAh battery. The company will launch a new Android tablet soon, and this one is named the Realme Pad Mini. So, the name suggests that it will be a cheaper version of the last year’s Realme Pad. The render of the tablet is now here that shows the back design, and along with that, we also got to know some specifications. All these details were shared by OnLeaks with SmartPrix.
As we can see, Realme Pad Mini has a different camera setup design that includes a rectangular camera housing and a single camera sensor in it. Just like the Realme Pad, there is no LED flash on the rear. This is an 8MP sensor, as evident from the text on the camera module. We did not get to see the front, but the front should not look much different than the Realme Pad.
As for the specs, the Pad Mini has a Unisoc T616 chip, and it is an entry-level chipset built on the 12nm process. There is an octa-core CPU that includes two Cortex-A75 cores (2.0GHz) and six Cortex-A55 cores (1.8GHz). The GPU is ARM Mali G57 MP1. In terms of specs, it is quite similar to the Helio G80 that powers the Realme Pad. The Pad Mini has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, an 8MP camera on the back, and a 5MP selfie shooter.
Finally, there is a 6,400mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Thickness-wise, Realme Pad Mini is 7.6mm thick, so it is thicker than the 6.9mm Realme Pad.
Well, since it will be cheaper than the Realme Pad, we are expecting it to launch at a price of around ₹10,000 in India. At that price, it will compete with the likes of Moto Tab G20, Tab A7 Lite, etc.
