[POLL] Which one do you prefer – 16:9 Display or 18:9 Display?



2017 is the year of 18:9 displays on the smartphones with lesser bezels but still, there are new phones that come with the traditional 16:9 display. Now, an 18:9 display means that you get a bigger display in a smaller body. We know that not everyone likes to carry phones with huge displays and so, almost every smartphone manufacturer is now going for the 18:9 displays. The best examples are the phones like Galaxy S8 and LG G6 which were the first in 2017 to bring these displays. If you compare a phone with a 6-inch display but an aspect ratio of 16:9 with a phone having the same display size but 18:9 aspect ratio, you will find that the latter is smaller in size than the former.

But then again, there are also some people that like 16:9 displays than the 18:9 displays. In fact, phones like the newly announced Razer Phone has 16:9 display for a reason. It is made for gaming, and so, the bezels on top and bottom will help while playing gaming in the landscape mode. So, which one do you prefer – 16:9 or 18:9 display? Do let us know by voting below.
