Yesterday, we talked about the leaked European pricing of the Poco M3 & in case you missed it, the launch is set to happen today. Well now, the full specifications of the device have leaked just hours before the official launch. These specifications were shared by MySmartPrice. We already knew some key specs & even Poco had revealed some details such as the display size, primary camera, battery size etc.
Anyways, the Poco M3 has a 6.53-inch display with Full-HD+ resolution & since it is an LCD, the fingerprint scanner is on the right side that doubles as the power button. The phone also comes with the Widevine L1 certification, which means you can stream HD videos on services such as Netflix. Under the hood, there is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset paired with 4GB RAM & 64/128GB UFS 2.1 storage. It is interesting that the Poco M2 offered 6GB RAM, but the successor has no 6GB RAM variant.
There are three cameras on the rear where the primary camera is a 48 Megapixel shooter, but there is no ultrawide camera. The secondary camera is for taking macro shots while there is a third depth sensor. There is an 8 Megapixel selfie camera.
Finally, Poco M3 has a massive 6,000mAH battery & supports 18W fast charging. In the box, the company has added a 22.5W Adapter. Just like the Poco M2, there is a USB Type-C port for charging. Android 10 based MIUI 12 runs out of the box.
Well, now we know how the phone looks like, what is the price for Europe & the full specifications. So there isn’t actually anything left that we don’t know about the device. Still, the launch is taking place in a few hours so let’s see if the company has something else to offer.
