The Oppo Find X8 series was officially launched in November last year in the global market, featuring the Find X8 & Find X8 Pro. Both phones were launched with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, impressive cameras, and big batteries. The brand is preparing to add three more devices to this series, as the company has announced a launch event on April 10 in the Chinese market. The company will launch the Oppo Find X8s, Find X8s Pro, and Find X8 Ultra at the event.
Today, the key specifications of the Oppo Find X8s were shared by Digital Chat Station on Weibo, which revealed that it is a compact flagship from the brand.
Oppo has already shared the design of the phone, as the device is listed on the official website with all the color options. Design-wise, the phone looks identical to other Find X8 series devices, except that it is smaller. The circular camera module is also smaller than other phones in the series. There is a flat display on the front with very slim bezels.
As per Digital Chat Station, the phone is just 7.73mm thick and weighs 179g. This sounds impressive when you add in the fact that it has a 5,700mAh battery under the hood. That is a bigger battery than even the Find X8. The phone has a metal frame and a glass back.
The Oppo Find X8s is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, and there is 80W wired charging alongside 50W wireless charging. The phone is quite compact, thanks to a 6.32-inch 120Hz LTPO OLED with a 1.5K resolution. The bezels on this phone are one of the thinnest in the industry at 1.25mm on all four sides.
Speaking of cameras, the Oppo Find X8s has three cameras on the rear. All three have a 50MP sensor, and the periscope telephoto camera offers a 3.5x optical zoom.
Well, looking at the specifications, the Oppo Find X8s seems like a compact powerhouse. Let’s see at what price the phone is launched globally if it launches in the global market.
