In February, the Oppo Find X5 duo went official with Hasselblad cameras, MariSilicon X Imaging NPU, and more. While the Find X5 featured a Snapdragon 888 chipset, the Find X5 Pro had the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SOC. The Pro model also featured 5-axis OIS for the primary camera. Today, the key specifications of the Oppo Find X6 Pro were shared by @heyitsyogesh, and the specifications are unsurprisingly impressive on paper.
One of the main highlights of the Find X series phones is the camera, and the Oppo Find X6 Pro is no exception. It has a triple camera setup, with each camera having a 50MP sensor. The primary camera has a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor which is the same camera sensor present on the Xiaomi 12S Ultra. This is the largest camera sensor by Sony for smartphones. The Oppo Find X5 Pro had a 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX766 sensor. So, we are expecting a significant improvement in the camera performance.
We do not know what sensors the other 50MP cameras have. The Find X6 Pro will also feature Oppo’s next-generation Imaging NPU, the MariSilicon X2. There is Hasselblad tuning, and for selfies, there is a 32MP camera.
The Find X6 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SOC and features up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The battery size is 5,000mAh, and there is 100W wired + 50W wireless charging support. So, while the battery size and wireless charging speed remain the same, the wired charging speed gets upgraded from 80W to 100W.
The Oppo Find X6 Pro has a 6.7-inch display, and it is a Quad-HD+ LTPO E6 AMOLED panel. Finally, Android 13 runs out of the box.
