In December last year, we got to know some specifications of Oppo Find X3 Pro which is going to be Oppo’s high-end flagship for this year. Those specs were shared by Evan Blass and today, he shared the official images of the phone so now we have our first look at the official design. The renders show the phone in four colors – Black, White, Blue, and Orange, and we can see how the device looks like from the front, the side, and the back.
At first look, it seems like Oppo took the Camera module of the iPhone 12 Pro Max, Mirrored it, and slapped it on the back of Find X3 Pro because there is no change at all in the placement of the camera lenses and the LED flash. The unique thing about this design is that instead of the camera module protruding from the back, the back panel itself protrudes from where the camera module is placed. The Orange color option seems to have a leather-like finish on the rear so it is similar to the Oppo Find X2 Pro Vegan Leather color option.
On the front, Oppo Find X3 Pro has a curved display with a single hole-punch cutout on the top left corner. The volume rockers are placed on the left side while the power button is there on the right.
As we know already, the Find X3 Pro sports a 6.7-inch 1440p OLED panel with an adaptive refresh rate of 10Hz-120Hz. There is Snapdragon 888 SOC, 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast wired charging, and Fast Wireless Charging. The Quad camera setup on the rear includes a primary 50 Megapixel IMX766 sensor paired with another 50 Megapixel IMX766 sensor that takes ultrawide photos. Then there is a 13 Megapixel telephoto lens with 2X optical Zoom and finally, the fourth shooter is a 3 Megapixel macro camera. This 3 Megapixel macro camera is one of the highlights of this phone because it lets you zoom up to 25X on the subject so you can go really close and see the subject in a way our eyes cannot. In short, you can use it as some sort of microscope.
