In June, we got the renders of the first foldable phone by OnePlus. At that time, the name of the phone was not confirmed since some reports suggested OnePlus Fold, whereas others suggested the OnePlus V Fold. But later, we learned that the first foldable by OnePlus is named “Open.” We now have a new set of renders of the OnePlus Open, shared by OnLeaks again. These new renders reveal a different design than what we saw last time.

As we can see, when both the renders are placed side-by-side, we see that the new renders show a larger camera module on the back. The camera cutouts & the LED flash module are also larger. The new renders show a different aspect ratio, and the overall size has also been reduced. In short, these new renders show a form factor similar to Oppo’s Find N2.
OnePlus Open has a flat frame, a Quad-speaker setup, and an alert slider on the side.
These renders also show a change in the placement of the selfie camera on the foldable screen. It is placed in the top right corner instead of the top left.
The rumored specifications include a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, a 48MP + 48MP + 64MP triple camera setup, a 4,800mAh battery with 67W fast charging, and a 120Hz foldable display.
