Almost a week ago, we got to see the design of the upcoming OnePlus Nord N200 5G as the design was shared by the company with PCMag. Along with that, we also knew a couple of specifications. Well, now, Evan Blass shared the same render but unwatermarked and in higher quality. The full spec sheet of the device was shared as well.
We don’t yet know when OnePlus will be launching the device, but the launch should not be much far away.
Design-wise, as we know, the Nord N200 5G has a triple camera setup on the rear placed in a similar style as in the case of the OnePlus 9 series. The fingerprint scanner sits on the right side, and just as in the case of the recently launched Nord CE, there is no alert slider on the N200. On the front, there is a flat panel with a single hole punch placed on the top left corner.
Speaking of the specifications, there is a 6.49-inch IPS LCD with 1080p resolution & a 90Hz refresh rate. This is the reason why the fingerprint scanner sits on the side instead of under the display. The chipset powering this phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480, which is the first 5G SOC under the 400-series. The phone comes with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.1 storage which can be expanded via a microSD card of up to 256GB. The battery size is 5,000mAh & the phone supports 18W fast charging via the USB Type-C port.
OnePlus Nord N200 has a triple camera array that includes a primary 13 Megapixel shooter paired with two 2 Megapixel cameras, one for macro and the other for monochrome shots. The rear camera is capable of shooting 1080p videos at up to 30fps. On the front, there is a 16 Megapixel shooter for selfies. So, it is interesting that among all the cameras present on this phone, the front camera has the highest megapixels.
Finally, OxygenOS 11 runs out of the box, which is based on Android 11.
