OnePlus Nord N10 5G to launch under $399 with Snapdragon 690

In July, OnePlus NORD went official with mid-range specs & 5G Support for a price of 399 Euro in the European market (Rs 24,999 in India). The phone didn’t launch in the US, but a new report by AndroidCentral reveals that OnePlus is preparing to launch a new NORD series device in the US under $399 named the OnePlus NORD N10 5G (codenamed Billie).

Now, it is not the first time that we are hearing this name. In fact, just a few days ago, the support pages of some upcoming OnePlus devices went live & one of the support pages was for the NORD N10 5G. With this new report by AndroidCentral, we now know a couple of specs & also the price range.

First of all, the chipset is going to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 690, which was announced in June this year as the first 5G chipset under the Snapdragon 600-series. This SOC comes with the X51 5G Modem & the octa-core Kryo 560 GPU featuring Cortex-A77 cores. There is Adreno 619L GPU that brings almost 60% improvement over the Adreno 612 of Snapdragon 675.

Just like the OnePlus NORD, the OnePlus NORD N10 is coming with a 90Hz Full-HD+ display & we are expecting it to be an AMOLED this time as well. There is a 64 Megapixel camera on the rear, making N10 5G the first OnePlus device with a 64 Megapixel sensor. The rest of the three rear cameras include an 8 Megapixel ultrawide camera & two 2MP sensors where one is a macro camera while the other is a depth sensor.

Finally, the NORD N10 is coming with 6GB RAM & 128GB storage as the base.

As per AndroidCentral, the starting price of the phone is going to be under $399 & it might launch after the launch of OnePlus 8T (by the end of this month of in the first week of next month). As we know already, there is also an entry-level OnePlus device codenamed “Clover” with the Snapdragon 460, which is reportedly launching soon around $199.
