The OnePlus 8 Series has already leaked a few times in the past couple of months & interesting, the launch is happening next year. We have seen the CAD renders of OnePlus 8 as well as 8 Pro. So, based on those, we do know that there is a hole-punch display on both phones instead of a Full-Screen design like this year’s OnePlus 7 Pro or 7T Pro. Now, the product diagram has leaked as TrueTech got it exclusively from its source.
This product diagram reveals that the CAD renders of OnePlus 8 Pro were not 100% correct, at least when we talk about the front design.
As we can see, the 8 Pro has a hole-punch display on the front with dual selfie cameras. So, there is a pill-shaped cutout, as seen on the Samsung Galaxy S10+. On the other hand, the regular OnePlus 8 has a single selfie camera on the front. On the rear, the 8 Pro has Quad cameras & as we already know, OnePlus is going for a 3D TOF sensor for the very first time.
The button placement seems to be unchanged with volume rockers on the left & power button + alert slider combo on the right. The product diagram reveals things like reduced overall bezels, Tri-Tone LED Flash instead of a dual-tone one, Elongated power button, etc.
So, if this is how the next year’s 8 Pro is going to look like, then what are your views on this design? Do let us know via the comments section.
