OnePlus 13T to feature a 6.31-inch display & Snapdragon 8 Elite

The battery will be >6000mAh!

The last “T” series from OnePlus was the OnePlus 10T, which was launched in August of 2022. After that, OnePlus changed its launch strategy and started launching a main premium flagship and a second “R” series flagship.

In 2023, we got the OnePlus 11 & 11R, and last year we got the OnePlus 12 & 12R. But this year, it looks like OnePlus is going back to its old naming convention as the brand is preparing to launch the OnePlus 13T. Do note that we already have the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R in the market.

OnePlus 13T

According to the latest leaks, the OnePlus 13T will be a compact flagship phone from the company. This is rare for OnePlus because we don’t even remember the last time OnePlus launched a phone with a display smaller than 6.5-inch. As per leaks, the OnePlus 13T is launching with a 6.31-inch display, and it will be a 1.5K flat OLED panel. This should be good news for those looking for a compact flagship phone.

Under the hood, the phone will have the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, so the performance is not going to be reduced versus the OnePlus 13. Recently, the AnTuTu score of the OnePlus 13T surfaced online, where the phone scored over 3 Million points. Even with a compact form factor, the phone is launching with a battery greater, or equal to, 6000mAh. There will be 80W wired charging support.

Finally, the OnePlus 13T is going to weigh around 185g. This is a significant reduction in weight versus the OnePlus 13 & 13R, which are over 200g.

It is rumored that the phone won’t have an alert slider and instead features an action button similar to the iPhones. The phone should launch globally soon after its launch in China.
