OnePlus 10R to be a rebranded Realme GT Neo 3

It is launching in May

Recently, we got to know the specifications of an upcoming OnePlus flagship, and the specifications suggested a rebranded Realme GT Neo 3. We previously expected this phone to be the NORD 3, but now, a report by 91Mobiles suggests that it is, in fact, the OnePlus 10R, which has the same specifications as the Realme GT Neo 3. 91Mobiles has shared the full specifications of the 10R and in this article, let us talk about those in detail.

In terms of design, a report by PriceBaba gave us a look at the design from the rear and the sides. OnePlus 10R lacks an alert slider which is surprising as OnePlus One was the last phone under the number series to lack the alert slider. After that phone, every phone under the Number series had an alert slider, even the OnePlus 9R of last year. But this becomes less surprising when you think of the fact that this phone is just the GT Neo 3 from Realme, and GT Neo 3 doesn’t have an alert slider either.

There are three cameras on the back, and they are laid out in a triangular fashion, similar to the GT Neo 3. The only difference is in the placement of LED flash.

As for the specs, 91Mobiles revealed that the OnePlus 10R has a 6.7-inch 120Hz E4 AMOLED with an FHD+ resolution, Dimensity 8100 5G SOC, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The primary camera on the back has a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS, the ultrawide camera has an 8MP sensor, and the macro camera has a 2MP sensor. For selfies, there is a 16MP sensor. Finally, just like GT Neo 3, the OnePlus 10R has two variants – One with 80W charging + 5,000mAh battery and the other with 150W charging + 4,500mAh battery.

Well, there is almost no difference at all between Realme GT Neo 3 and OnePlus 10R, so it would be interesting to see what phone targets which market. As mentioned in the beginning, the launch is happening in March.
