Nothing Phone 2a renders reveal the final design

Hopefully this time, the renders are accurate!

The Nothing Phone 2a is launching on March 5 in the global market, and we have already seen a ton of leaks and rumors in the past. Earlier this month, a leak claimed to reveal the phone’s design but the render was inaccurate. Today, OnLeaks shared the renders of the phone, which claim to show the final design of the Phone 2a.

These renders were shared in collaboration with SmartPrix.

These renders reveal a familiar design language as some previous leaks. The phone has a dual camera setup on the rear, with the cameras being laid out horizontally in the centre. For comparison, the last two phones had a vertical dual camera setup in the top left corner.

The phone has a transparent design on the back, which has become an identity of Nothing products. The phone also has glyph lights, but only three LED strips are around the camera module.

Except for the rear design, the rest of the design is identical to the previous two phones. There are flat sides and a flat display with a hole punch cutout in the middle. The USB Type-C port is on the bottom, along with the primary speaker grill and the SIM slot. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack.

As for the specifications, Nothing has officially confirmed that the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset powers the phone. This sounds like a slightly tweaked version of the Dimensity 7200, which powers devices including the iQOO Z7 Pro, Vivo T2 Pro, etc.

Other leaked specifications include a 6.7″ Full-HD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, a 5,000mAh battery, 45W fast charging, a dual 50MP rear camera setup (ISOCELL S5KG9 + ISOCELL JN1), a 32MP selfie camera, and Android 14-based NothingOS 2.5.2.

The starting price is said to be under 25,000 rupees for the Indian market, which is a pretty good price, considering the design and specifications.
