New OnePlus 6T promo video reconfirms the lack of 3.5mm port

The OnePlus 6 is running out of stock in some markets as per some recent reports, and this is not the first time something like this is happening. Whenever the company is going to launch its second flagship device of the year, it discontinues the previous one to focus only on the newer one. The OnePlus 6T is expected to launch on October 17, so we still have a couple of weeks left for the official announcement.

The company has already started the teaser campaign via images, promo videos etc. Today, the company posted yet another promo video of the OnePlus 6T that reconfirmed the lack of headphone jack and the presence of an in-screen fingerprint scanner.

The video shows that the phone has a USB Type-C port on the bottom that sits between the two grills on either side. The in-screen fingerprint scanner is also highlighted in the new promo video. The video is pretty weird though since it begins with the mention of various inventions and milestones of the humans, and ends with the line ‘We are not Stopping Now’.

The video didn’t reveal the launch date of the OnePlus 6T, so we have to wait till the company reveals it.
