Motorola Edge 30

The design of Edge 30 is different than Edge 20 in the sense that the phone has more roundness to it. For example, the sides are not flat this time, the camera module has more rounded corners, etc. The logo on the back is positioned in the center as well. The thickness of the phone is just 6.79mm, and the weight is 155g. The back panel has a matte finish. There are stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and 13 5G bands.

In terms of specs, Motorola Edge 30 has a 6.55-inch 10-bit 144Hz P-OLED with a Full-HD+ resolution and 500 nits brightness. The SOC powering this device is the Snapdragon 778G+, which is an upgrade over the Snapdragon 778G that powered the Edge 20. You get 6GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB uMCP storage.

The triple camera array on the back includes a 50MP primary shooter with an f/1.8 aperture lens and OIS, a 50MP ultrawide + macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, you get a 32MP sensor on the front. The rear, as well as the front camera, can shoot up to 4K 30fps videos.

There is a 4,020mAh battery which is slightly larger than the Edge 20’s, and the phone supports 33W fast charging. The 33W adapter is provided in the box. Finally, Android 12 runs out of the box, and the company promises two major Android OS updates and quarterly security patch updates for three years.

The two color options are named Aurora Green and Meteor Grey. There are two storage options, and here is the pricing –

  • 6GB + 128GB – ₹27,999
  • 8GB + 128GB – ₹29,999
