Last month, Motorola Edge 20 series went official globally with three phones under this lineup – Edge 20 Lite, Edge 20 & the Edge 20 Pro. Motorola also officially announced that the company would launch these phones in markets worldwide, including Asia. Now, Motorola has started teasing the launch of the Edge 20 series in the Indian market. While the company has not officially confirmed that it is the Edge 20 series launching soon, the hashtag “#FindYourEdge” gives it away.
As we know, the Edge 20 Lite is the cheapest of the three phones and comes with a Dimensity 720 5G SOC, a 90Hz 10-bit OLED, a side-facing fingerprint reader, 108MP camera on the back & a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging support.
The Edge 20 packs a Snapdragon 778G SOC, a 144Hz 10-bit OLED panel, a 108MP primary rear camera with a 16 Megapixel ultrawide + 8MP 3X Telephoto, and a 4,000mAH battery with 30W fast charging.
Finally, the Motorola Edge 20 Pro is a flagship with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SOC, a 144Hz 10-bit OLED, a 108MP primary camera with a 16MP ultrawide + 8 Megapixel periscope (5X Optical Zoom), a 4,500mAH battery, and 30W fast charging support.
All these phones run on Android 11 out of the box. In the European market, the Motorola Edge 20 Lite starts at €349.99, the Edge 20 at €499.99 & the Edge 20 Pro at €699.99. If we directly convert the prices, they are Rs 30,500, Rs 43,500, and Rs 61,000 respectively. But, obviously, in the Indian market, the pricing is going to be cheaper.
There is no information on the launch date yet, so we’ll have to wait.
