Motorola recently launched the Moto G71 in India, which is a mid-range 5G phone with Snapdragon 695 chip. Now, the company is all set to launch another device in India, but instead of a phone, it is going to be an Android tablet. Now, last year in September, Motorola launched a tablet in India named the Moto Tab G20, which had the Helio P22T SOC, a 720p display, and a 5,100mAh battery. The upcoming tablet from Motorola is named Moto Tab G70, so as the name suggests, it is going to be a big upgrade over the Tab G20.
The landing page for this tablet has already gone live on Flipkart, and the site also reveals that the launch is taking place on the 18th of January during the Big Saving Days sale.
In terms of what we know about the Tabl G70, it is coming with the MediaTek Helio G90T SOC, which is quite a powerful chip seen in some phones around 15K price in India. The material used on the outside is an aluminum alloy, and the tab has a dual-tone finish on the back. There are Quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support. On the front, Moto Tab G70 has an 11-inch Quad-HD+ display (also called a 2K display), and it is an LCD with 400 nits of brightness. There is a big 7,700mAh battery under the hood, and the tab supports 20W charging too. In terms of cameras, we are looking at a single 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera.
Out of the box, the Tab G70 runs on Android 11 and has 4GB RAM with 64GB storage.
Well, looking at the specs, we are expecting a price above ₹15,000 in India, but hopefully, it will stay under ₹20,000.
