Motorola has announced four new budget phones under the “E” and “G” series named the Moto E15, Moto G05, Moto G15, and Moto G15 Power. All these are non-5G phones from the company and will soon be available in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.
MOTO E15
Starting with the Moto E15, it is an entry-level smartphone from the brand, but the phone doesn’t look cheap in any way. It has a premium vegan leather finish on the rear and a dual camera setup. The frame is flat, and there are stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. The fingerprint scanner is embedded in the power button, and the phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack.
On the front, the Moto E15 has Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone is IP54-certified.
The display is a 6.67-inch LCD with a 720p resolution, 1000 nits peak brightness, and a 90Hz refresh rate. There is a MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme chipset under the hood with an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 2.0GHz. The phone has 2GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB internal storage. The battery is 5,200mAh, and the phone supports 18W fast charging.
Finally, speaking of the camera setup, the phone has two rear cameras. The primary camera has a 32MP sensor, and there is a secondary ambient light sensor. The selfie shooter has an 8MP sensor. Both the rear and front cameras can shoot 1080p videos at up to 30fps.
The phone runs on Android 14 Go Edition out of the box.
The Moto E15 comes in two colors – Misty Blue and Fresh Lavender.
MOTO G05
Next, we have the Moto G05, and it looks identical to the Moto E15, except for the color options. The phone has the same display, chipset, battery, charging, and selfie camera. The difference is the primary rear camera and the storage options. The Moto G05 has a 50MP sensor for the primary camera and comes with 4GB or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB or 128GB internal storage.

Under the hood, the Moto G15 has the same MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme chipset, and while there is 4GB or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, the phone gets 128GB or 256GB or 512GB internal storage. The battery is 5,200mAh, and there is 18W fast charging, the same as the previous two phones.
The display is a 6.72-inch LCD with a Full-HD+ resolution but surprisingly, it is a 60Hz display.
The dual camera setup on the rear includes a 50MP primary shooter and a 5MP secondary camera for ultrawide shots. The selfie camera has an 8MP sensor.
