Motorola has launched a new entry-level phone in the Indian market, the Moto G04. Going by the name, we can understand that this is the most affordable phone under the latest Moto “G” lineup. The price starts at ₹6,999, and as you might’ve guessed, this is a non-5G phone. The main USP of this device is its design because, for the price, this phone looks beautiful.
There are four color options: Sea Green, Satin Blue, Concord Black, and Sunrise Orange. There is a single rear camera, and the camera module design is identical to the recently launched Motorola phones, such as the Moto G34 5G. There is a hole punch design on the front, a flat frame, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone supports Dolby Atmos and is IP52 rated.
Speaking of specifications, Moto G04 has a 6.6-inch 720p IPS LCD with up to 90Hz refresh rate and Panda Glass protection. There is a UNISOC T606 chipset under the hood, paired with 4GB or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB or 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. There is a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. In the box, you get a 10W adapter.
The single rear camera has a 16MP sensor, and the selfie camera has a 5MP sensor.
Finally, Android 14 runs out of the box.
