Moto G Stylus 2021 renders reveal a design similar to Moto G 5G

It has a different camera module design compared to Moto G Stylus 2020

In February last year, Motorola launched a phone with a built-in stylus named the Moto G Stylus. The phone launched in some markets as the Moto G Pro. In November last year, we got to know that Motorola is going to launch a successor to that phone in 2021 named the Moto G Stylus 2021. Evan Blass shared that the 2021 variant will offer a better Snapdragon 675 chipset and a bigger 6.8-inch panel. Well now, Steve Hemmerstoffer (aka OnLeaks) has shared the high quality renders of the phone that show the design from every angle.

Apart from the size, the only significant design upgrade is on the rear where there is now a different design for the Quad camera setup. The Moto G Stylus of last year had a vertically placed Quad camera setup but the Moto G Stylus 2021 has a Quad camera setup placed in a square-shaped camera module. This rear design is quite similar to the design of Moto G 5G, Motorola’s most affordable 5G phone.

Evan Blass reported that the fingerprint scanner is on the right side and doubles as the power button but these renders by OnLeaks suggest a rear fingerprint scanner. The stylus is placed on the right side of the USB Type-C port on the bottom and there is also a 3.5mm headphone jack.

On the front, Moto G Stylus 2021 has a similar hole-punch design with the cutout placed on the top left corner.

It is going to be a quite tall device as the dimensions are 169.6mm x 73.7mm x 8.8mm. Speaking of the specs that are known already, there is a 6.8-inch FHD+ panel, Snapdragon 675 SOC, a 48MP + 8MP + 5MP + 2MP Quad camera setup, a 16 Megapixel selfie camera, and a 4,000mAh battery.
