Moto E5 & Moto E5 Plus – Here are the High Quality Official Press Renders

We have seen a lot of leaks of the G series phones that Motorola is launching on April 19 and today; we have the official press renders of the Moto E5 and Moto E5 Plus, the 2018’s E series phones from the company. There is no information about when Motorola is launching the E series smartphones.

CHECK OUT: Moto G6, Moto G6 Play & Moto G6 Plus – Here are the high quality renders

MOTO E5

The Moto E5 has a design pretty similar to the Moto G6 Play with a fingerprint scanner placed on the rear and an 18:9 display on the front with Motorola branding on the bottom chin. Unlike the G6 Play, the E5 doesn’t have any glossy back. It looks like the phone has a plain metal back(It can be plastic, though!). There is a single rear camera, front camera with LED flash, micro USB port on the bottom and headphone jack on the top. The volume rockers are present on the right side with the textured power button.

There is not much information about Moto E5’s specifications, but we expect a big battery and hopefully a Snapdragon chipset (Please Motorola, No MediaTek!).

MOTO E5 PLUS

The Moto E5 Plus has a shiny rear panel (there is no information if it is glass or just a glossy finish). The fingerprint scanner is at the same location, i.e., on the rear. You might think that there is a dual camera setup on the rear but there is only one lens and the other one is the laser AF. There is no doubt that the phone looks a lot like last year’s Moto X4 from the rear. On the front, there is an 18:9 display, just like the Moto E5.

As for the specifications, it is rumored that the Moto E5 Plus has a 5.8-inch 18:9 display, quad-core Snapdragon processor, 4,000mAh battery and 3GB RAM.
