The last time Motorola launched a phone under the ‘E’ series in India was in October 2021. It was the Moto E40 & the phone was launched with the UNISOC T700 chipset. Today, we got to know that the company is preparing to launch a new phone under this series in India, the Moto E32s. This information was shared by Mukul Sharma on Twitter, and the source says this will be an India-specific device.
While it is not yet confirmed, we are expecting this phone to be the same device as the Moto E32 that has already been launched in Europe. Maybe the Indian-specific thing is for the name. Even the render shared by Mukul Sharma shows the same design as the Moto E32 from the front, back, and sides.
If that is the case, then the Moto E32s is an entry-level phone powered by the UNISOC T606 chip, 4GB RAM, and 64GB storage. It has a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The triple camera setup on the rear includes a 16MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro & a 2MP depth sensor. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a single speaker, a Type-C port, and an IP52 rating.
On the front, Moto E32s has a 6.5-inch 720p LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate. The selfie camera has an 8MP sensor. Finally, Android 12 runs out of the box.
Well, we do not know at what price the phone is launching in India but considering the fact that Moto E40 launched at ₹9,499 last year, expect the Moto E32s to start at or even under ₹9,000.
