The Lava Yuva series now has its first 5G phone, the Lava Yuva 5G. This series has had phones such as the Lava Yuva Pro,  Yuva 2, Yuva 2 Pro, Yuva 3, Yuva 3 Pro, etc. but none of them offered 5G support. The Yuva 5G has 5G support, thanks to the UNISOC T750 chipset.

This chipset features an octa-core CPU with two prime Cortex-A76 cores clocked at up to 2.0GHz. There is a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone has 4GB RAM with 64GB or 128GB UFS 2.2 storage.

Design-wise, the Lava Yuva 5G has a premium glass back with a matte finish and a circular camera module. The camera module has a dual camera setup. The fingerprint sensor is on the side, there is a USB Type-C port on the bottom, and a 3.5mm headphone jack on top. The display has a hole punch cutout in the middle.

The display is a 6.528″ 720p IPS LCD with up to 90Hz refresh rate. There is a 50MP primary rear camera, paired with a 2MP secondary sensor. The selfie camera has an 8MP sensor. The battery is 5,000mAh, and there is 18W fast charging support.

Finally, the phone runs on Android 13 out of the box, and the company has promised the Android 14 update.
