In October, the Lava Agni 3 was launched in the Indian market with a secondary display on the rear and a MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chipset. The starting price was ₹20,999, and for the price, the phone offered a premium glass back design, a 1.5K curved AMOLED display, a 1.74-inch secondary AMOLED display on the rear, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS, and a 3x telephoto camera.
Today, the brand launched the Lava Blaze Duo in the Indian market, and this is the second smartphone from the company with a secondary display on the rear.
Design-wise, the Lava Blaze Duo looks almost similar to the Lava Agni 3, except for the fact that it has a dual camera setup on the back versus a triple camera setup. The secondary display on the rear is also smaller than the one on Agni 3. The phone is 8.45mm thick and weighs 186g.
Under the hood, the Lava Blaze Duo has the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset, which we have seen in phones including the Redmi Note 14 5G and the Moto G64 5G. The phone has LPDDR5 RAM with UFS 3.1 storage.
The display on the front is a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED with a Full-HD+ resolution and an under-display fingerprint scanner. The secondary display on the rear is a 1.58-inch AMOLED, which you can use for things like answering calls, taking pictures, music control, and more.
Speaking of cameras, the Lava Blaze Duo has a dual camera setup on the rear. The primary camera has a 64MP Sony sensor, and the secondary camera has a 2MP sensor. The selfie camera has a 16MP sensor. The battery is 5,000mAh, and the phone supports 33W fast wired charging.
Finally, the phone runs on Android 14 out of the box and will get the Android 15 update.
