A couple of months back, iQOO 3 launched in India with Snapdragon 865 SOC, UFS 3.1 storage, 55W fast Charging and more at a starting price of Rs 36,990, making it the cheapest Snapdragon 865-powered phone in India when it launched.
Now, if you don’t know, the GST (Goods and Service Tax) on smartphones was recently increased from 12% to 18% in India, which meant an increase in the price of smartphones. But still, iQOO has surprised everyone by announcing a price cut of Rs 2,000 for the iQOO 3. This means that now the starting price of the phone is Rs 34,990, which is surely a very good deal if you want the best performing phone under Rs 35,000 in India.
The phone features a 6.44-inch E3 Super AMOLED display with 180Hz touch-response-rate. There is Snapdragon 865 SOC paired with 8/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128/256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The 8GB + 128 and 8GB + 256GB variants are 4G only but the 12GB variant supports 5G. On the rear, there is a Quad camera setup that includes a primary 48 Megapixel Sony IMX582 sensor, a secondary 13 Megapixel 2X Telephoto camera, a third 13 Megapixel ultrawide camera and a fourth 2 Megapixel Macro camera.
On the front iQOO 3 has a 16 Megapixel selfie camera placed in a punch-hole cutout. Finally, there is a 4,440mAh battery and 55W fast wired charging. Also, the fast charger comes in the box. There are some extra features for gamers like Monster Touch buttons on the side, Game Turbo, Liquid Cooling etc.
