iQOO 10 to feature a two-tone design on the rear

The renders of the phone revealed the rear design

In January, iQOO launched the iQOO 9 series, which included the vanilla iQOO 9 & the iQOO 9 Pro with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. Since iQOO upgrades its flagships every five to six months, it is time for the iQOO 10 series to launch. So far, we don’t have the launch date, and the company has not said anything about the series yet. But, many sources suggest that the launch is happening soon, probably next month.

Today, Ice Universe shared the renders of iQOO 10, which gave us our first look at the design from the rear. In terms of the back design, not a lot has changed, but still, this design looks fresh.

Ice Universe says iQOO went for a ‘modular splicing’ design on the rear. There is a two-tone look, so the portion around the camera module has a different color than the rest of the back. Moreover, the camera module itself is separated from that portion, so the camera module has its own identity. This wasn’t the case with iQOO 9 series, where the camera module started from one side all the way to the other.

The renders show two color options where one has a Carbon fiber pattern on the rear, whereas the other is plain white. This white one is most likely having that signature three-stripe pattern. Finally, there is the ‘Gimbal Stabilzation’ text printed on the side of the camera module, just like iQOO 9 Pro.

In terms of specifications, we do not know a lot, but as per Digital Chat Station, iQOO 10 Series will be one of the first to feature a phone powered by the Dimensity 9000+ SOC. Now, that phone could be the iQOO 10 or the 10 Pro, so that is not yet confirmed. The primary camera on the rear has a 50MP sensor, so it could be the same 1/1.57″ sensor as on the iQOO 9 Pro.
