We see new and improved smartphones every day that proves that the smartphones have progressed. Last year, Xiaomi started a very new trend among smartphone manufacturers due to its Mi Mix and today, we see that every new smartphone company tries to launch a phone with minimum bezels. Even Samsung is coming up with Galaxy S8 that is going to have tiny bezels. Back in 2016, we heard about HTC Ocean, a whole new concept that was just an imagination back in 2016. But now, the phone is coming into reality.
Sources have revealed that HTC will be announcing new devices on 12th January and the Ocean could be one of them. The chances are that the company will launch it under a different name, HTC U being the most probable one. The main highlight of this device isn’t going to be any curved screen or bezel-less display. HTC is doing something unique. The HTC Ocean will use the edges of the device to browse through different options on the screen. It is going to be something that no one has ever seen so far.
