The Honor “X” series is getting some new phones as the brand is preparing to unveil the Honor X20 SE in the Chinese market soon. If you don’t know, we got two phones under the Honor X10 series last year named the Honor X10 & the X10 Max, both of which were 5G phones powered by the Kirin 820 & Kirin 800 SOCs, respectively. The X20 SE, as the name suggests, will be an affordable offering from the brand, and today, the live images of the phone were shared by Digital Chat Station on Weibo.
Design-wise, the X20 SE looks pretty good with what looks like a glass back (could be glossy plastic). There are three cameras placed vertically in an oval-shaped camera island. The fingerprint scanner is on the right side, and it doubles as the power button.
On the front, there is a display with a centered hole punch and minimal bezels on the top and the sides. If the previous leaks are considered, this is a 6.6-inch LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate. The chipset this time is the Dimensity 700 5G from MediaTek & the triple camera module includes a primary 64 Megapixel sensor. The phone supports 22.5W fast wired charging.
Just like last year, Honor might launch some more phones alongside the Honor X20 SE under the “X20” series. Whatever the case is, the launch date and the pricing is still a mystery.
